Leveling floors, rebuilding staircase, reinforcing basement and attic.
  • Roof Updates: Roof modifications and structural updates involve strengthening the framework, adjusting the layout, upgrading materials, proper ventilation and improved drainage to enhance durability, functionality, and appearance. New roof attached to original roof for the front covered patio
  • Exterior: New siding, fascia, soffit, new fireplace, columns and beams. New Windows and Doors. New paint. New stone.
  • Garage: Garage extended and fully renovated.
  • Landscaping: Fresh new landscaping. Yard, lawn, pathways, driveways, fencing, and lighting.
  • Flooring: Refurbished the original wood flooring, preserved beneath outdated carpeting, restoring its natural beauty and character.
  • Kitchen Renovation: Modernized the kitchen with updated finishes, fixtures, and design for improved usability and style.
  • Bathroom Renovation: Fully upgraded the bathrooms with new fixtures, tiling, and plumbing for a fresh, contemporary look. The master bathroom had a master closet added.
  • Lighting & Electrical: Installed new lighting fixtures, upgraded electrical wiring, and ensured the system met modern standards.
  • Plumbing: Replaced outdated plumbing with new, efficient systems.
  • Paint & Finish Carpentry: Applied fresh paint throughout the home and completed detailed finish carpentry for a polished look.

Additional Info: We picked this home up and it was completely dilapidated. It needed some love and it was a fun project for our team.
