Founding and Early Beginnings
Solid Construction Group was founded in 2013 by Frank LeBaron, a third-generation contractor with a deep-rooted passion for building and craftsmanship. Frank's journey began in Chihuahua, Mexico, where he grew up immersed in his family's construction projects and farming operations. From a young age, he learned the value of integrity, hard work, and the dedication required to achieve exceptional results.
In 1994, Frank moved to Utah with a dream of one day establishing his own construction company. Starting as a drywall finisher in 1995, he honed his skills and built a reputation for quality and reliability. When the time was right, he turned his dream into reality, founding Solid Construction Group.
From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
Solid Construction Group started with a modest 300-square-foot office and small-scale remodeling projects. By 2017, the company had grown into a thriving construction firm, designing and building its own state-of-the-art headquarters in northern Utah. Today, Solid Construction Group is recognized as one of Utah’s premier builders, known for its expertise, reliability, and commitment to client satisfaction.
Strategic Growth and Evolution
In 2018, recognizing the need for a more integrated approach to construction and design, Frank and his wife, Julia, launched Lily & Copper Homes, a new division of Solid Construction Group. This bold move transformed the company into a full-service design-build firm, offering seamless, efficient, and cohesive solutions to a diverse clientele.
Together, Frank and Julia have spearheaded a wide range of projects, including remodeling, flipping, new builds, and design consultations for both residential and commercial spaces. Julia, as Chief Creative Director, leads all design efforts, while Frank focuses on public relations and development, ensuring their shared vision of excellence is realized in every project.
