Your personal design team will continue to collaborate and guide you in detail by providing basic floor plans, inspiration photos or 3-D renderings to establish a real conceptual Idea of your project.
03. Design Refinement
As we bring your project into focus, your design tram will provide tangible selections of colors, finishes, flooring, & fixtures to help you fully understand the products that will be implemented into your home. If you don’t like the selections, no need to worry. Your design team will take you to one of SOLIDS preferred vendor showrooms to find the right fit for you.
04. Execution
Once your design is finalised, you can sit back & relax. We will execute your personal design by working seamlessly with our development team, making it into a reality. Our teams open communication will keep you in the loop all the way through to ensure you are pleased.

From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leader
Founded in 2013 by third-generation contractor Frank LeBaron, Solid Construction Group has grown from a small 300-square-foot office to one of Utah’s most reputable builders. Frank’s journey began in Chihuahua, Mexico, where he learned the values of hard work and craftsmanship. After moving to Utah in 1994, Frank honed his skills and built a company rooted in trust, integrity, and excellence.
In 2018, Frank and his wife Julia expanded the company with Lily & Copper Homes, adding full-service design-build capabilities. Together, they’ve completed countless residential and commercial projects, delivering innovative solutions and stunning results.
